Start with laying on your stomach and slowly put your hands palm down beside your waist or above that area where ever feels comfortable and slowly raise your chest into the air making sure you leave your hips on the ground, doing this will stretch your stomach and make more blood flow around that area which will help you to workout and make doing exercise not so hard. What it is when your training stomach starts cramping up and you feel as if you are not able to do anymore and feel hopeless just remember to stretch because like I said there’s not much chance of blood getting to that area of your stomach the blood mainly stays around in the stomach doing its job crushing down all that food. After stretching lay down and start by slowly lifting up and crunching making sure you keep your abs tightened as your go up. This will work that area more and help you to burn the fat and turn it into muscle.
Do 3 sets of 10-15 just normal sit ups to start off with, because this will help you to slowly get back into it and you don’t want to lose technique while doing it or you will do more damage and tearing rather than toning your six pack up. Next lay down on your back and with your hands palm down beside you slowly raise your legs and crunch when your legs get to the top and slowly lower them to the floor but not all the way, about 1 inch off the ground and go again. Do 3 sets of 10 for this one.
Aim for good technique to help you build your six pack. Now lay face down on your stomach and with this workout you want to lay your forearms flat on the ground lift your buttocks up into the air and hold yourself up on your toes, Remembering to keep your body straight other wise you will not be working the area wanted. Hold this position for about 30 seconds and do it 3 times again.

I cannot stress to you guys how much rest is important. Rest especially for your six pack abs is just as important as training. If you do not rest your abs than what happens is your muscle breaks down when you finish a training session. So your body needs that rest to recover and rebuild that muscle.
